Just a small clarification though, Doula UK didn't make the film. It was Alto Productions - Toni Harman became interested in doulas and decided to make a film. We have supported her and she filmed Doula UK doulas, but it's not 'our' film. Your review will help spread the word amongst midwives, I'm sure. It's such a shame that one of the women was finding it difficult to get support from the NHS for her birth choices, but it's not meant as a criticism of midwifery in general.
